Pain management

Novus Primary Care will not manage chronic pain medications. We will assess your condition and work toward resolving it with you. However, we normally refer to a pain specialist for management of chronic pain conditions and prescribing chronic pain medications.  If you choose not to see a pain specialist, we will work with you to come up with a plan to wean off opiate medications.
